To the consumer complaintsers
I wrote to your website before about Chase Financial Network & c/o Good Life Bankcard Services. And I just wanted to make sure that I remind your place of business about this company because they took $199.95 from my husband's bank account on 11/18 From TCF Bank in the State of Minnesota. The reason that my husband and myself allowed them to withdraw this cash is because the claimed, that we would receive a $5,000 dollar credit card with in 25 business days from the date of the withdrawal we would receive our card through FED X and it has not yet been delivered. Every time we attempt to collect our money back or ask for the credit card.

They said that they are sending it, and you can here laughter in their background of where ever they are. And in April an Andrew Dean contacted me and apologized for the delay, and promised to send it in a week and it never arrived. So I contacted them again and advised them that my husband and myself never received the credit card or the refund of $199.95. Pleased be advised that we need justice.
