I was approached by Alliance representative who claimed that they are representing Chase Merchant services and are willing to offer the best possible price on credit card processing, I thought I am connected directly with
a major credit card company until the same representative called me and asked if I want to switch to the new company where she works with and she offered to give me better rate than the current one, here I realized that instead of dealing direct with a merchant processor like Chase, I am dealing with a middle man who is using the name of the Chase in all of their statement and actually they charging me. 15% over and above of what Chase charges. After finding of their trick I was uncomfortable to continue with them, therefore I asked for cancelation of the services which they did, but they
charged me $200.00 for early termination fee. I called many time unit I could speak with Mr. Doug Black of Alliance Financial Services and explained the situation, he promised to look into it. After many days I called and faxed him a demand note for refund of the
$200.00, unfortunately he did not respond to this day.
I believe this is misrepresenting that this companies approach individual small businesses with the false promising.
