Check was cashed but not posted to my account

I'd a 172 debt from the clinic which was delivered to west property management. I shipped within the check up on December 13 since I don't trust providing my info within the telephone. The check was banked about the 30th by their organization now I get a call wondering basically wish to create a cost within the telephone. I'm beyond LIVID. The check was banked, where did they deposit it to??? The corporation is a fraud artist, so when I told the repetition. I'd be calling an attorney, he CHUCKLED in my own experience.
