CAMCO first contacted us in September via letter stating that my husband owed $5,000 for a Citibank account. Curious, we called and left a message for the individual referenced (that's how they get your phone#!)
The individual called us back immediately and asked both my husband and I for our social security numbers which we refused to provide.
We informed this person as well as two other representatives from this company, that refused to give their names, that until documentation was provided, we would not discuss the matter further. The calls and letters continue. We want to help stop these unscrupulous individuals!
