My partner was recently informed by Jim O'cooner he was to pay for 1200.00 owed from 1987. He questioned your debt and he or she was rude and argumentative. He verbally harassed her back and hungup. She called back and informed him he'd better spend her otherwise.
We subsequently obtained a notice with little to no info on exactly what the debt is, that we ought to spend it immediately.
