Camco's three letters they sent me are without any explanation of when I supposedly accrued this debt from Wachovia.
The first letter sent to me is dated dec. 19 & says I owe $7,252.49 from a Wachovia account that was "formerly held by fourscore resource capital", and has now been purchased by Camco.
The second letter is dated Feb 18 & says I owe $7302.26 but they will accept a settlement offer of $1,566.10.
The third letter is dated April 23 & says I owe $6568.25 but will accept a settlement offer of $1305.08.
They can't even come up with an exact amount to try to scam me out of! This is ludicrous and I'm outraged and want to sue them for harrassment, false charges, etc. Would love to find a class action suit near san francisco, CA, or contact a lawyer that can help me with this rediculous so called debt. Can you help me contact someone who will help me?
