I named macys customer support since i thought I'd been put up on automated funds to get a difficulty plan that was to become no late charges, and lower rates of interest. Well whomever i talked with to setup these car funds decreased the basketball and didn't set me-up with this specific plan or did they create any records within their program. And so I was advised there have been no applications to help me which after requesting a supervisor that the supervisor couldn't bypass the applications possibly to help me. I named to try and get aid and so I could possibly get this statement paid since I've had a salary decrease since 2009 and that I still require help. Then when i question as your customer support decreased the basketball this year your organization can't aid me for making this right, I had been advised no. All I do want to do is spend them-and spend this consideration down, but i quess I simply have to quit spending them to obtain their interest? So frustrating
