INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AND RECOVERIES - IM & R, Investment Capital Management Fraudulent Debt Mediation / Credit Collection

I received a call from this number (425-670-2761 and 425-670-8405). They claim to be a company called ICM & R Inc. (Investment Capital Management and Recoveries Inc.) They claimed I owed a debt to GE capital consumer cards, Bank of America, and Cititbank, every couple of months they pretend to collect a debt for different company. They claim they were authorized to settle the debt for an unknown amount
in lieu of legal action. I have never received anything in writing stating how much I owe and from whom. But in the original call they had told me that legal action had already been initiated. The callback number different from the number that they had originally called me on. That number is 877-471-1603.

None of their allegations are true and this is an apparent attempt to gain money in a fraudulent manner.

FYI the Better Business Bureau gave them an F.
