I applied for a mortgage with reputable banks online as well as green tree whom we have a second mortgage with currently 1 1/2 years ago and about 6 months ago. We have our mortgage and these people keep calling incesantly.
3 calls ago, they said they were taking our name off the list, then someone called 1 day after. I explained I wanted off their list, the guy the day before said he was taking care of it, and they called again today, 5/25 for the third time. When I explained I was supposed to be off the list and requested the name and supervisor of the individual calling, she refused. I think the first name was Sylvia. I told her to more of less go to h*ll and hung up. It has become a nuisance. They call my cellphone and or home.
They, on occassion will leave a message, but will not stop calling. I also recieve these emails related to mortgages, which they swear is not them. I reply to the unsubscribe and I only get more email. I reply with verbage in the mortgage application attached with the email to which there is no real website to be found, and they reply with my comments in the subject line which leads me to believe it is all automated, but as with any human programmede machine, it only works as it is programmed. It does not unsubscribe me or give a shit.
