These folks at GE Money Lender and also the enthusiasts they employ don't have any respect whatsoever for that regulation, lawyers, or other things! I submitted Chapter 7 bankruptcy and these folks were contained in the release. They've since harassed me many times. They are doing this in questionable methods... First claiming they do not understand my home address and telephone number so that they contact me through my paycheck supervisor and need to create an "visit" to possess me offered in the home. A couple times later, all of them of the unexpected contact me on my cell (that they declare they never had) for that same task! They've also approached at my immediate point at the office more often than once! Many of these calls have happend DESPITE my lawyer offered them with my bankruptcy paperwork. This can be a BREACH OF AUTOMATIC STAY! Our good reasons for bankruptcy weren't since I had been a reckless customer that didnot wish to spend my expenses or didnot invest well... I experienced a health disaster that pushed me out of business. When you have a merchant account with them - STOP IT AND OBTAIN RID OF THESE! You never understand what lifestyle might offer for you of course if it offers you a life-threating disaster that causes you out of business, these folks may frighten one to NO-END! I'm getting appropriate steps these days... They'll purchase splitting REGULATIONS!
