Upon asking for a refince to lower our rates found out the countrywide did not close on our title and said that the only time that is done is when the customer asks for it. And then they would make application for a copy of that, and that copy would take two weeks to 60 days to receive...
This company has people working and answering the phones that are not very friendly and down right mean.
We have now contacted attorneys to get a copy of the closer and to recover our loses due to the delay in this companys response..
