Deceiving business practice

Santander provided me the chance to miss a cost on the mortgage for that month of July. I closed their necessary doc and delivered it plus a $25.00 check.

I had been later informed they never obtained the documen, nevertheless my check was banked. They never recognized the miss cost so when I asked many times, they stated they'd consider it.

Within The mean-time, I kept receiving telephone calls informing me that I had been overdue on my cost. I'd never been overdue before

Santander obtained my mortgage from HSBC. I had been happy with that organization and had never had any issues. I got struck with overdue costs forr July and May. I'm super dissatisfied within this organization since in my opinion they deliberatedly triggered my consideration to become evaluated overdue fees. I never actually got a notice detailing tome why they declined to recognize my demand to miss a cost. These were provided it within the first place. Customers avoid presents such as this. Banks haven't altered their previous methods, they simply changed their tactics.
