Harassing phone calls/fraudulent charges

Our auto loan was offered in Sept to Santander after I settled my consideration to Citifinancial Car. Santander approached me 10 times after my deadline declaring my cost was overdue I told them that my cost was not overdue which I don't understand who they're or am I going to consult with them about my consideration after I was educated they had bought my consideration and could be providing it. Basically am likely to be overdue having a cost but spend inside the same month Santander will-call my home seven days per week as much as 10:00 pm and my work backtoback. I've requested them-not to make contact with me at the office on numerous events and also have been recommended that my amount hasbeen eliminated every time. But all to my surprise they nevertheless contact me at the office. I've paid $5.00 late charges and $10.95 costs via the web to create a cost for them and also the subsequent month I obtain my declaration I still have late fees doubled. The corporation is just a fraud and also the government must prosecute them and close them down reimbursing the customers late charges and pace pay costs doubled the total amount that people needed to them.
