Ripoff illegal reporting practices and incorrect forclosure notation

This account was transferred to cfmc in Nov and it is now showing up as a forclosure with a past due amount. They no longer own our loan and it has a zero balance. This is keeping us from getting a new home loan. They validate it with experian but they have yet to validate it with us.
