Recently my husband and I have had reason to check our credit report. During this investigation we have discovered that Saxon Mortgage has been reporting a foreclosure for the above named account every year for the past five (5) years. On the credit report it appears as though your company is foreclosing each and every year on the same property. There is also a discrepancy between the three credit reporting agencies in the amount owed. One says $243.00 and others say $0.00. We need to know the correct amount to rectify this account. Also, the credit reports list a balloon payment of $310,200.00 due on Nov. We do not understand this statement at all!
I have attempted to call on five occasions in the past week and have left messages each and every time. No one has contacted me on this matter. I will be sending this request of rectification via certified letter on 6/16 from the Ashland, Mo. Post office.in addition I have sent a copy of this fax and letter to the Attorney General as I have been corresponding with him in regard to this matter.
