Credit - stay away, sent money, got nothing but ripped off

I saw a on tv call now for a pioneer first credit card no intrest
for 12 months and 5,000 limit so i called sent in 185.00 fee they said my card whold be there in 4-6 weeks. 3 months ago!!! No phone calls no letters no card stay away
