Raised My Credit Limit Without Approval After I Paid Off Debt

I paid this debt off. After paying this debt, the company raised my credit limit without my approval. I could not reach them. I told them... Please don't raise my credit limit. They raised it and reported to experian.

Now, they want to be paid again.
