On Saturday, June 5; I received a call from a woman that said she was from a Company called Continental Services and that I was pre-approved for a Master Card with a credit limit of $2,500. She had all my personal information and knew that I was trying to re-establish my credit history.

She went on to explain that all I had to do was pay a ONE time fee of $329.80 and I would receive a free vacation package within 2-3 days and with this package I would get a signature form for my credit card to be shipped. I would receive my credit card within 10-20 days after that. To me this sounded to good to be true. I should have listened to my feelings. I feel like such an fool. I gave her my account information and agreed to receiving this credit card and vacation package.

Well my account was charged, but guess what no credit card no vacation package has been received. Now it's almost two months later. I called the customer service number I was given, but either I would get a machine, that did not have the company name given on it, or I would get the message that the mail box was full. I tried this for several days, finally today I got to talk to a person. Some good it did, she was not helpful to say the least. She admitted to me that nothing was shipped to me at this time nor was there a date set for shipping. At that time I asked to speak with a manager, she refused. I then told her since nothing has been shipped I want to cancel my order and want a refund. Again, she refused and said that is not part of their company policy. I requested a manager again, but she would not let me speak to one.in fear of me hanging up and trying to call back and get that stupid machine again, I tried to reason with this woman again. I even told her about this web-site and the many reports that this is a scam. She never said it wasn't she just kept telling me that I would receive my vacation package and credit card, but would not give me a date on when.

I consider myself a fairly intelligent person. But this company not only stoled my money, they stoled my self-convidence. I'm a single mom, working a full-time job with as much overtime as I can get. I cannot afford to lose this much money, and I refuse to take this.

I already contact my bank, my next step is the attorney general's office, and I'm even considering contacting the media and Local Law Enforcement. I refuse to let these people get away with this.
