For over 5 months my girl friend and I have endured confrontational harrasment from employees of Pinnicle Financial Group. During the first contact from Pinnicle my girl friend asked for Pinnicle Financial's mailing address and was bombarded with rude, aggressive verbal harrasment. We recieve on the average 25 phone calls per week with the incoming number blocked. When I do have the opportunity to talk to a Pinnacle representive they play word games, become confrontational and evaide any attempt to get information. Recently a person identifying himslef as James Green called and became phsyically threatening. We have Contacted Mrs. Mary Benfield (206) 220-6350, with the FTC and both have file complaints with the FTC. If you have had bad experiences with Pinnacle Finanicial Group please contact Mrs. Benfield and file a complaint on line. Lets bring these low lifes to their knees!!!
