About 1 year ago I had pinnicle securities install an home alarm system... Two weks ago my wife lost her job... So I called the company to get them to cancell the monthly charges... Since we can no longer pay the bills... The rude lady I spoke to said they wouldny cancell the bill until I mailed them a letter stating I wanted to cancell AND I was told I would have to pay the balance of 39 pmts,, THE SALESMAN NEVER MENTIONED THIS PART!!
