HUD sold our mortgage for $10.00 to EMC this is when all the trouble began.
Since we have been with EMC they have hidden funds many times on us. Then we would have to show forth money orders, etc. Showing payment.
Then would not accept money unless it was sent same day which was Western-Union. Even sending our payments this way we were still charged late fees.
We asked for copies of contract and our payment history and were told we had no rights to this information.
Between the rude and foul language that we recieved by Jason Williston, and monies that were missing that was signed by a Rudy Cedillo gave them the opportunity to accelerate forclosure.
This forced us to file Chapter 13 in order to save our home. Here is a list of things that they have done to us, and we feel most of yous can relate to.
Fraud, Hiding Payments, Harrassment by phone and mail, Fowl language, having no rights to information about our own home, Forclosure, Forced into Chapter 13, owing more on our house than when we bought it, Insurance on our house that we already had, Sending people to check on our house telling them no one lives here and paying them to check and charging us for it.
Any class action suits against EMC mortgage corporation, We will be willing to join or help in anyway that we can or afford to do.
