Robert Richards TOOK MY $19.99 and I haven't heard anything!

I received this letter in the mail and they told me that I needed too send in 19.99 for a processing fee to get the award money of 1.4 million dollars. This is not a true statement, This is a SCAM. I sent the money and still after 3 months have not heard a thing!!! Don't fall for this scam!
