This company recieved my personal information from a third party. They drafted money from my account without authorization from me. I didn't know anything about them, my bank gave me their number to call and question them about the draft. When I called them, they refused to let me speak to the supervisor, all while offering me a loan. I had to hang up and call several times before speaking with a supervisor. When I finally reached the supervisor, he offered to cancel my account (an account which I did not open and did not want) for a charge of $30!
