Unwarranted tax payments, late fees and shifting payoff figures

Like others I have read this company harass its loan holders - it pays for taxes when payment are already being handles - charges late fees when not applicable and tell you one figure to pay yourself out then changes it before you can blink - claims escrow with no warning
