Ripoff

I tried to get a credit card through World Benifits.
They took $299.00 out of my checking account 11-03-03. I was told it would take 6 weeks before I would know anything.
I called back 1-04, they gave me the runaround, I called back 1-28-04,2-05-04,2-11-04 & 2-12-04. They told me I had to pay another $39.99 to get another paper from the bank. They told me if I didn't want to pay the extra money, they had done all they could do for me. Today is 4-28-04. I dont have a credit card nor my money. My only income is SSI
