I currently work for an undercover agency that exposes potential fraudsters and scams in tri-state area (NJ, NY, CT, MASS). My job is to put on alert weary and concerned homeowners who search for a individual or agency to help them negotiate new terms on their current mortgages. Please be advised mimi consulting group is not a law firm or licensed mortgage brokers!!! Therefore this organization is illegally soliciting loan modification services to distressed homeowners in the tri-state area. I have already reported this agency along with LOAN MODIFICATION GROUP, LTD to the State Attorney General's office for further investigation and scrutiny. Please do not remit any monies as this firm and its Principal, in whom I will not disclose yet, is not an attorney nor is competent to actually negotiate with your mortgagee. There will be many exposures and whistle-blowing to come as I am thoroughly assigned to investigate this area of businesses.
