Excessive feesand overdraft fees

This bank tcf i put 100 dollars in then they charge 10 dollars in maintence fee then 28 in fees its more than three hundred no wonder that bank is slow it says ull get 100 dollars for opening a ac hecking account and in the long run u pay it back plus more something has to be done
