Wachovia Bank - First Union
Overdraft Fees of $70 Each Versus $35 at Other Banks

I am also a victim of this overdraft fee by the above bank. I have lost easy 500 to them in overdraft fees. I want justice and my money back. Other banks charge 35 dollars or less and the above bank is charging me 70 dollars per overdraft which is outrageous
