Unauthorized withdrawal of money from account

I had been charged by tlg 800 ctus $12.99. I didn't give the corporation authorization to get into my accounts and take my income... I do not actually know who this type of person. I named my bank to discover when they know anything about that charged... They did not have any idea who this type of person...

When there is anyone who know anything about that so-called organization "tlg ctus" could you please let me know... That is simply absurd...
