After my daughter and i got loans on our jewelry and keeping our interest paid, and after them not sending notice that interest is due, our jewelry is gone. Neither her nor i received any notice. They have always sent out a notice of warning that the interest is due. We are totally devastated. This is truly a rip off in my eyes. The man i talked to when i called was so rude and he could care less. He stated that they sent notice, which is a big lie. I truly wish something could be done about this, but i guess it is just a loss for us. Its as bad as stealing.
