When i was 18 years old i was trying to acquire credit and i paid monthly to have this credit card that i believe only once in 6 years gave me a credit card increase.
I finally shut the card off about a year ago and i am still to this day being charged monthly fees on a card i am no longer a member of, i do not owe them any balance outstanding, yet they continue to automatically take money from my checking account monthly. The afca is a rip off and there are absolutely no numbers for me to contact anybody regarding this issue.
I just recently located the original paperwork i signed to receive this card and there are not any numbers on there anywhere. I planned to write a request, but i don't feel i should have to go thru all the steps to get them to stop charging me money they shouldn't be charging me anyways. I am outraged that they can even do such a thing and i plan to be reimbursed for the money they have been scamming out of me one way or another.
