I've been with the same bank for years now and am reporting a problem that can't seem to get resolved.
According to their terms and conditions of my account, if i have a balance above $25,000 a mortgage and a credit card I will not be charged a $9.00 monthly fee.
I've asked several representatives to look into this, after multiple inquiries and about a year, I finally got a call saying they could change my account so I wouldn't be charged the monthly fee.
Its real simple, I'm not changing my account so they can from this day forward not charge me a fee they shouln't be charging me anyway. I want the 2 years of monthly service fees reimbursed that i shouldn't have been getting charged!
This is according to their terms and conditions booklet they sent me. Are these terms void when the book negligently charges you fees that they shouldn't be?
I'll give them 1 more opportunity before i file a complaint with the banking regulatory authorities and the attorney general.
Still waiting in greenfield
