Santander has very poor customer service. First, they offered to give me a modification of the loan. Then when I spoke to manager, they offered a special modification due to medical and financial reasons. I have paid 22 payments of 560.00 of kia sorento. My balance is still 26,000. I need to know if anybody is in this situation and want to help millions of us. Please respond if you have a lawyer representing you against this company. Also, they call me 10 times a day, harassing me that they are taking my vehicle. This is the only one I have, I will not be able to work if they take it. I do not think it is very fair that they are not willing to work anything out. They rather loose money and take vehicle, which is only worth 10,000. Bad company, they take advantage of bad credit and rip them off.
