Fsb they charge me for insurance i don't have and a 80 percent late charge Orlando

They charge me for insurance i don't have, they also charge a 20 percent late charge, they have let telemarketers purchacse magazines and insurance on my account that i did not know about until it showed up on my billing statement. All of this should be
stopped.
