Captial One Credit Card ripoff Virgina

I started out with a deposit of $150.00, through some bad business deals i fell behind. My credit limit was $300.00. I only charged $250.00. But now it is over $1072.00. I"ve tried to pay it of but the exra charges keep building until its impossible. I ask to have the account closed. They refised to until it was back down below the credit limit or paid of. I ask for a payment plan just to pay it off. They would not put anything in writing. Next to the mob, these people are more like
the country we are fighting.
