I recieve a called from platinum benefit stating, "there is a one time processing fee of $79.95." Once i receive the card i am to call to activate it, which i did. At the same time i did that, there was a message stating if i wanted to refuel my card i would have to mail in a cashiers check or money order with the amount i want to put on my card. That's when i hung up the phone and turned on my computer to go to the website because first thing i thought was if they are legitimate why do i have to mail the money in why can't they just take it out of my account like they did the processing fee. When i entered the name in the search box consumer complaints popped up. I to beleive I was now ripped off.
