Contacted by Steve Tirella of quantum Liberty association for a loan Modification. The loan was guaranteed or you get your money back if your turned down for the loan modification. I paid a total up front fees of $2,120. They kept saying one more month, just one ore onth. These type of loans take up to 6 onths for approval. And so on. Finally my mortgage company got a hold of me and told me the loan wa turned down. I tried to contact Quantum iiberty and there phones and internet addresses were all cancelled. I got ripped off from Quantum Liberty association.
