Quantum said they can do a loan modification and would cost 3000 dollars its been over a year and no anwser they took our money and ran

Quantum law center is a rip off they take your money and run everytime i try to get intouch with them they keep sending me to different people its been over 1 year and nothing is done they told me my mortgage company will not do a loan modification i called my mortgage company and they never spoke to anyone at quantum so now i am trying to get my 3000 dollars back and no answers they last told me i have to sell mt home thats bull jared chase is a liar amd all his consultants i never once spoke to an attorney there thats if there is any
