I have been charged $2.95 on my Citi credit card for the last 9 months. I tried to dispute the charges, but Citi took off only two months and made me sign an affidavit and mail it to them. This is very not customer friendly. I am still stuck paying most of the charges.

I was going to sign up for the service but decided not to, but it was too late: they had my credit card information and started charging my credit card. I did not notice the charge, thinking maybe my wife had some charges, but when I kept seeing it month after month, I called Citi. The attendant was very professional and very well informed of the credit card policies. She should be a professor, because I felt like I got a free lesson on credit card policies. I offered her to work for the government because they have PhDs in not helping the exact consumer who pays for their salaries.
I tried contacting CINEMADEN, but some Chinese lady kept telling me "ttoo late ttoo late" in Chinese. I am very upset about getting ripped off by a company who fraudulently got my information and deceived me to sign up for something I don't even know, and on top of that my credit card company won't help me put a stop to it. I did what I could, meaning I canceled the credit card of more than 5 years and promised to never sign up for a Citi credit card or anything they offer to me, my family and friends, not mentioning my employees. I am really disappointed in Citi for not helping me put a stop to a fraudulent charge.
They tried to entice me by waving off my fee and giving me free miles on the credit card. They just wouldn't take off the charges, which were less than what they were offering me. Oh well, I am sure if they lose money the government will bail them out, so they have nothing to worry about, because they make sure to help put con artist friendly law makers in the office.
