Ripoff charged my account without written authorization breech of contract in terms of advertising (no charge - my behind!) Orange california

I think I was just trying to look and see what my credit report looked like. I did a search engine to find a free credit report website. It told me that it would not charge my card - but a few weeks later I get this $79.99 charge on my statement. It was listed as CIC*CREDIT MONITOR SVC. It sickens me that a company would do this to a customer. This action is both illegal and inappropriate. I will never EVER look at the internet the same way again.
