I have had my account information compromised 2 times at this bank. The first time the lady helped me with closing my account, but the second time was something different... The guy DID NOT do the job the same as the lady, therefore, even AFTER I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND THE ACCOUNT HAD A CLOSED STATUS, something tried to clear my account and guess who's responsible for the overdraft fee... ME! Never again will I bank at SunTrust nor will I recommend anyone to bank here either. Seems like every employee should follow the same guidelines when it comes to serving their customers. I felt as if they were NOT on my side when it came to protecting my funds or my private information.
