I tested my bill online and realized that my cost due was 0.00 for this month due to a miss cost choice (that used to donot make an application for or accept). I'd never observed that before so when I recorded in on my deadline I had been informed that my cost was due and that I had a need to create a hurry cost (10.00 charge) to prevent a 29.00 fee to be overdue. I created the cost and decided to the charge.
I called 24 hours later to obtain some solutions and was informed that I ought to have overlooked the caution concerning the late-payment charge which I really could not get my 10.00 charge back to get a cost that used to donot have to create within the first place. I had been also informed this after an email for the organization.
