Collected on US Bank debt and never reported payment

Regent called often and at all hours for months. I finally agreed to pay them for the debt under threat of legal action. I found out later that they never reported the collection to any agency.

Since then I have paid the actual collection company holding my US Bank debt and that company reported the collection as paid to two of the three credit rating agencies. All attempts to contact Regent have gone unanswered and they choose not to cooperate with the Better Business Bureau.

The company was located in Denver, CO at the time I paid them, but has now relocated to Kansas.
