I used Quickbooks' payroll feature for a couple of years (I was doing it myself, inhouse) and then decided I needed to let someone else handle it. I hired ADP do my payroll (great customer service, by the way).intuit had charged my account a week before for the update of the payroll module and when I called to cancel this, not only were my calls routed to India, I was placed on hold on 3 different occasions - for 30 minutes, 15 minutes and 10 minutes. It seems that, as soon as I said I wanted to cancel my payroll module, they either didn't want to help or didn't know what to do. This was almost laughable and reminded me of the commercials currently running on TV where the guy calls customer service and gets somebody who barely speaks English and is clearly not capable of helping the matter.
I strongly recommend you look elsewhere if you are considering using QuickBooks Payroll service.
