Customer Service Does Not Exist

June 2 1:49 am, Nora Denzel (Senior VP, Intuit Payroll) sends a letter about a service disruption. I find this to be frunstrating since I had been trying for six hours to send payroll in on June 1st in order for employeeys to be paid on the third. Payroll finally went through (confirmation received) at 4:06: 31 am on June 2nd.

After several attemps to reach a " Payroll Expert" and being left on hold for 1 1/2 hours (in one call) I decided to call the office of the president of Intuit (Brad Smith). Sharon was very kind and assured me that someone would call me back within "8 business hours".

That never happened. On June 3rd, I again attempted to call a: Payroll Expert" and yet again was left on hold the first time for 45 minutes (never spoke to anyone) and again called to be left on hold for 30 minutes (still no human). My next call I tried a different number and reached the Philippines, they transfered me again to payroll (no answer.

My last call of the day on June 3rd was once again to the office of the president. I again was assured (by Sharon) that someone would call me back within 8 business hours.

Well Intuit, I am still waiting. I would not recomend your service to anyone for any reason.
