My company, James Case Enterprises, Inc., contracted with Newport Financial Partners, LLC, for a $20,000 equipment lease. I sent them a deposit of $1,610.72 for the first and last months payments and other fees. I have not received funding since the payment was cashed in May. Telephone calls are never answered by a live human being. Numerous daily voice mail messages left on there automated system are never answered. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which says that there are six previous complaints against this company.
