Beware - they do not display all their info on the we

I submitted a request on scoresence for my credit report. I read all the information and I was told that I would be change $1.7 days later I'm reviewing my bank statement and there is a 29.95 charge from them as well as the 1 charge. I'm okay with paying for a service but they do not provide all needed information on the enrollment website. This information should have been clearly stated. They are now refusing to refund the amount but they did ccept my cancelation request... If i have to pay for this month... I should also have full use of the services that i'm paying for. Beware people... This is a bullshit company... Stay away... Stay away
