This bank has held the mortagage with a forebearance plan on my condo and over the years have sent me letters requesting financial information after I had already sent them.
I never receive communication from this bank other then phone calls at all times of the day and night—it is impossible to get to speak to an actual person and when I ask to speak to a supervisor I am told that I am not allowed to do so
This bank is now threatening foreclosure on my loan and sent me certified mail delivered on a Saturday when no one can be reached in response.
I have faxed all info this bank has required including letters of explanation and never know who or when they receive the info—
I am a person now on disability and consider this bank harrassment—fearful of losing my home. Can I get any help?
