Company fraudulently claims a limit of only 1000 people to receive a book to test their "publishing company's "theory" one can supplement income from home.information is sold with a "money back guarantee if dissatisfied for any reason."
Anyone ordering receives no "book" but rather poorly photocopied information a few pages long about finding refunds for a fee one would collect on government backed mortgage insurance programs for property owners who allegedly overpayed for the insurance.
Mr. "Sullivan" is obviously a fraud. There is no publishing company, only a scam to look more legitimate as an inducement to order.
It is not the $39.95 cost as much as the absolute lie that money would be refunded per the "guarantee." Whether the program actually works is moot. When one returns according to deadline with a letter requesting the guarantee be honored, and never hears back, this is obviously a ripoff!
Have been waiting since Oct. 24. Way enough time to be fair to this fraud, don't you think?
