Please see a prior report filed on 3/8/04, under the name "Quick Resources" "Dave Sullivan." Incredibly, this scumbucket is at it again, only this time he's "William Wakefield" and the company is now "Q. Resources." The address is slightly different, but I have no doubt this is the same rip-off sleezebag. Same price $39.95, same payment method - cash check or money order which ensures you will never have the "money back guarantee" honored.
Either he doesn't check his mailing list too closely or he hopes the same suckers bite again. It not beyond the realm of possibility that "Mr. Sullivan, Wakefield" or whoever he is, may target only the east coast. Being located in California, that would make it difficult to pay him a visit.
My advice is to steer entirely clear should you receive this solicitation which comes by postal mail. And with so called "money back guarantees" the absolute best policy to avoid rip-off, is to immediately trash any solicitation which does not accept payment by credit card. Money back guarantees are ALWAYS honored by credit card companies. And if the complaints are too frequent, the merchant bank will shut operators such as this completely down.
